Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your items that you purchase with us!  If you do need a return, we offer STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

CONDITIONS:

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs with USPS.

- Items that have been used, worn, washed, dried or damaged in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Items that are marked "SALE" or "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for a return or exchange.

- Shoes must be returned in the original box and shoe box must be packaged in a separate shipping package/box.  

 

TO RETURN:

1.) Please make sure your return meets our conditions criteria.

2.) Email return@shopsprinklesofsage.com with your order number, item you are returning and reason for your return.

3.) Please package item neatly that you are returning with the original packing slip that is included with your purchase.

4.) Drop in the mail at your nearest Post Office.

- Please allow 3-4 business days for store to receive your return and 7-10 business days to process your return and store credit.
- You will receive an online store credit via the original email used to place prior order.

 

SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY:

1.) Please make sure your exchange meets our conditions criteria.

2.) Email exchange@shopsprinklesofsage.com with your order number, item you are exchanging and new size desired.

3.) Please package item neatly that you are exchanging with the original packing slip that is included with your purchase.

4.) Drop in the mail at your nearest Post Office.
